The comedy show “2 Girls 1 Pup,” a show you can bring your dog to, is celebrating its second anniversary. Producer Monique Madrid and Comet the Pup welcome dogs and their humans to the show’s birthday party on April 3 at Tailwagger’s Pet Store. A red carpet event begins at 7 p.m., and the comedy show starts at 7:30 p.m. The special anniversary show features comedian Ian Karmel, magician Justin Wilman, impressionist Melissa Villasenor, Kate Willett and surprise guests. Audiences will receive door prizes, party gifts and birthday cake. “2 Girls 1 Pup” also includes games, free PUPcorn and beer, raffle prizes, a caricature artist and more.
“It’s such a fun way to spend time with your pup,” Madrid said. “Audiences and their dogs return regularly for the unpredictability and adorableness, not to mention the funny that happens when you invite dogs to a comedy show.”
Tickets are $5. Proceeds benefit The Tailwagger’s Foundation, a nonprofit supporting organizations that treat sick and injured animals.
Tailwagger’s is located at 1929 N. Bronson Ave., Hollywood. Visit www.2girls1pupshow.com
