Crossroads Kitchen, owned by the maestro of plant-based dining chef Tal Ronnen, is serving a five-course menu for $75 per person on Valentine’s Day. The menu, created with executive chef Scot Jones, includes walnut sherry roasted chanterelles with amaranth apple gremolata, and tomato cannelloni with spinach cream and truffle cream.
