West Hollywood’s Social Services Division is hosting its next “WeHo Cares Community Pop-Up” event on Monday, Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Helen Albert Certified Farmers’ Market at Plummer Park. The event will focus on healthcare enrollment, social services and transportation options.

Plummer Park is located at 7377 Santa Monica Blvd. The event will be held in the north parking lot near the corner of Fountain and Vista Avenues. Open enrollment for healthcare insurance under the Affordable Care Act runs through Jan. 31. Covered California volunteers will provide details and help with enrollment.
