Fillmore & Western Railway is inviting the public to go “buffalo hunting” on its new “Rootin’ Tootin’ Wild Bill’s Buffalo Hunt” train on Sunday, Sept. 6. Passengers will ride a vintage train to “buffalo country”, where they will go paint-ball “hunting” for buffalo targets. Western grub, libations and snacks will be available for purchase in the parlor car.
Safety gear, paintball equipment and 250 paintballs will be provided by Stryker Paintball & Airsoft. All paintballs must be purchased on board.
The train ride is $50 per person. Guests must be at least 10 years old to participate in the hunt. Younger guests are encouraged to go along for the ride; the cost is $25.The train departs at 2 p.m. from 364 Main St., Fillmore. Advance ticket purchase required.
