EB’s Beer & Wine Bar at the Original Farmers Market, corner of 3rd and Fairfax, is hosting a summer series packed with live entertainment that will kick off on Friday, May 22 at 7 p.m. with an exclusive L.A. appearance by The International Swingers. The punk rock “supergroup” is comprised of former members of Blondie, The Sex Pistols, The Cult and Gen X. The International Swingers is taking time out from recording a new album to rock EB’s at the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend. EB’s is also announcing two additions: a remote bar counter built by local artisan Tony Smith that offers more elbow room, and new bartender Laura Case, who recently moved to L.A. from New York City and is gaining a loyal following among customers.
