La Brea Bakery Celebrates National Grilled Cheese Month
La Brea Bakery Café is celebrating National Grilled Cheese Month in April by serving three new, regionally-inspired grilled cheese sandwiches. They include “The Cowboy”, with brisket, jack cheese and barbecue onion jam on La Brea Bakery’s three cheese semolina loaf; “The Smoky Mountain”, with hand-sliced Benton country ham, cheddar cheese and wilted kale on La Brea Bakery’s sourdough loaf; and “The Classic”, made with American cheese and white cheddar on La Brea Bakery’s French loaf.
