Chef Mark Peel, of Michael’s, Chez Panisse, Spago, Ma Maison and Campanile, recently opened Bombo in the Grand Central Market. Peel offers curried shrimp, fish stews, steamed mussels and clams, and a fish of the day special, as well as braised beef ribs, salads, seared tofu and fried chicken.
