For the 11th year in a row, chef Wayne Elias and his business partner, Chris Diamond, of Crumble Catering, served a cavalcade of stars on Feb. 22 at the 23rd annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, held at West Hollywood Park. It marked the third year Elias and the Crumble Catering team collaborated with chef Gordon Ramsay to create a perfect dining experience on Hollywood’s biggest night. Pictured at the event are David Furnish, Elias, Elton John, and Diamond. The event raised $5.8 million for the fight against HIV/AIDS.
