Families received holiday cheer last week at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) when Fuhu employees stopped by to deliver special tablets and other gifts to the patients and their families.
Approximately 100 bundles were delivered to autism patients, as well as other inpatients, at the hospital. The bundles included Fuhu’s Nabi tablets, Nabi headphones, backpacks and colored bumpers and Kinabi accessories for tablet personalization. The learning tablets, officials said, are especially beneficial to autism patients.
Due to a manufacturing surplus, Fuhu wanted to make the Nabi tablet donation of 100 care packages.
CHLA officials said they were hosting this event for Fuhu to give back to the community and to remember the importance of bringing children enriching and engaging educational and entertainment experiences
