Assemblyman Richard Bloom, District 50, will be hosting his annual canned food drive on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at Messob Ethiopian Restaurant, located at 1041 S. Fairfax Ave. The food drive is an opportunity to donate non-perishable food for local families in need and meet Bloom and his staff to discuss issues facing the community and state.

Food items collected will be donated to the Westside Shelter and Hunger Coalition, the Westside Food Bank and the Jewish Family Service (JFS) SOVA Community Food and Resource Program.
