Seth Waskow, vice president and general manager of Infiniti of Beverly Hills, recently hosted his first “Showroom Chef” celebration on Sept. 18. Customers, guests and dignitaries were invited to the showroom on Wilshire Boulevard for dinner, wine and entertainment.
Waskow and his wife, Yasmin, welcomed guests, and the group toasted the dealership’s involvement in the community. Since opening in April 2014, Infinity of Beverly Hills has participated in numerous community events and pledged $100,000 to the Beverly Hills Education Foundation.
Executives from Infiniti’s corporate office attended, including George Hart and John Cairns, dealer operations manager of Infiniti Motor Company Ltd. Alexander Stettinski, executive director of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, also attended.
Peter Garland and executive chef Armando Robles, of Porta Via, prepared dishes such as mushroom spinach lasagna; chicken meatballs and dungeness crab tostadas. Guests enjoyed a charcuterie and cheese board, heirloom tomato and yellow watermelon lollipops, and Porta Via’s cookies and lemon bars. Ian Blackburn, of Learn about Wine, held a blind wine tasting with white, rosé and red wines from California.
