The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on May 9 awarded actor/musician Rick Springfield with the 2,525th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in front of Live Nation, 7060 Hollywood Blvd.
During his career, Springfield has sold approximately 25 million records and notched 17 Top-40 hits, such as “Don’t Talk to Strangers”, “An Affair of the Heart”, “I’ve Done Everything for You”, “Love Somebody”, “Human Touch” and “Jessie’s Girl”.
He has also appeared in “General Hospital”, “Californication”, “Hawaii Five-O” and “Drop Dead Diva”.
In addition to acting and music, Springfield has also penned two books — “Late, Late at Night” and “Magnificent Vibration”, which published on May 6.
