On Jan. 29, at approximately 2:45 p.m., Roshon Davis was standing near the bus stop on the northwest corner of La Brea Avenue and Coliseum Street when he was stabbed.
Upon being stabbed by his attacker, Davis ran away from the suspect and over to the apartment that he shared with his wife and four young children. Once he arrived at the back gate of his apartment building Davis collapsed. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported Davis to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries. Not much is known about the suspect or the possible motive for the stabbing.
The LAPD is requesting help in identifying the person or persons responsible for the murder. Individuals with information regarding the perpetrator of the crime, or any information about the murder, are advised to contact the LAPD.
