Representatives from more than 70 nutritional companies such as Solgar, Country Life, Metagenics, Barleans, Jarrow and Nelson Bach will answer questions about their products, where visitors can receive information about weight loss, exercise regimens, dietary supplements and more.

“It’s a golden opportunity to speak with people from different companies representing different types of products so you can make an educated decision on which way to go on how to reach your individual goals,” said Bruce Senesac, chief operating officer for Capitol Drugs. “In this economy, people want information. They want to know about the product before they actually purchase something, and want to be convinced it will work before they spend their money.”

Free samples, acupuncture, chiropractic services and spinal exams will be offered. Neck and shoulder massages are available from Back to Total Health. Capitol Drugs offers a full-service pharmacy, and no cost flu shots will be provided. Professional body builders will answer questions about exercise routines and the best way to  build muscle. Twenty percent discounts will be offered on a large selection of products and merchandise, except sports nutrition products, Senesac said.
