The Westin Bonaventure is hosting a “Cooking on the Edge with Executive Chef Andreas Nieto on March 17 starting at 1 p.m. At the Cajun-themed cooking class, learn to make shrimp and crab gumbo, and the proper techniques for blackening red snapper.
