A building in the 1900 block of Cahuenga Boulevard has been transformed into a public artwork, with mannequins representing graffiti taggers spray painting the face of the building, and other mannequins representing the police SWAT Team watching  them from a nearby light pole. The building is a new studio for SkeeTV, an Internet production facility operated by DJ Skee, who has radio shows on Sirius/XM  and KIIS FM. The façade was recently completed by Hollywood-based artist, Aaron Axelrod.
