Two suspects who shot and seriously injured a victim in the 1700 block of S. Ardmore Avenue are being sought by authorities. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. within the area patrolled by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Olympic Division.

The two suspects, who were described as Hispanic men between 16 years old and their late 20s, walked up to the unidentified male victim and shot him multiple times. No motive has been released, and the incident is being investigated as gang related.
Following the shooting, the suspects entered a waiting 1990 to ‘95 Ford Mustang, which was white with flame designs on the doors. Two additional suspects were waiting inside the vehicle, which fled in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for multiple gunshot wounds, and is expected to survive.
The two suspects who shot the victim were five-feet-five to five-feet-ten-inches tall, weighed around 140 to 160 pounds, and wore dark-colored baseball caps. The two suspects who were waiting in the vehicle were described as Hispanic men, approximately 20 to 25 years old, with spiky hair.
