The family of an 18-year-old Los Angeles resident who had been missing since Feb. 24 has notified Los Angeles Police Department officials that the missing individual has contacted them and is in good condition.

Ilya Martynov had last been seen by his family in the 3200 block of Oakhurst Street in the West Los Angeles area, and had reportedly told his mother that he was going to the bank and never returned home. Martynov is not being charged with any criminal offenses. Martynov was not charged and officials have now closed the missing person case.
