Speed Date on Valentine’s Day

This Sunday and Monday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Whist at the Viceroy Santa Monica will offer a four-course menu by chef Tony DiSalvo. The highlights include butter-poached lobster with risotto, apple, shiso and kaffir lime broth and chocolate Tartufo. After dinner, adjourn to one of  the outdoor cabanas – or “Scent Tents” where you and your valentine can enjoy aromatherapy oils and customized body scrubs, packaged for guests to take home.
