This Sunday and Monday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Whist at the Viceroy Santa Monica will offer a four-course menu by chef Tony DiSalvo. The highlights include butter-poached lobster with risotto, apple, shiso and kaffir lime broth and chocolate Tartufo. After dinner, adjourn to one of the outdoor cabanas – or “Scent Tents” where you and your valentine can enjoy aromatherapy oils and customized body scrubs, packaged for guests to take home. The “Bubble” cabana offers flights of champagne and sparkling wines. The evening is $95 per person that includes the four-course dinner, champagne tasting and customized scrub.
