Actress Lindsay Lohan was pulled over and cited for speeding in West Hollywood on Monday in the 400 block of San Vicente Blvd. Lohan was allegedly travelling approximately 60 mph in a 30 mph zone, according to Sgt. Schriner, with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station. The incident was the latest in a series of legal troubles involving Lohan, who appeared at the Airport Courthouse on Wednesday to answer charges that she allegedly stole a necklace valued at $2,500 from a Venice jewelry store. Lohan and her attorney must decide whether to accept a plea agreement offered by the prosecution before the next court date on March 10. The judge in the case had indicated the actress would face jail time if the plea is accepted.
