The Los Angeles Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying three female suspects who were caught on surveillance camera video committing a burglary in the Flower District near downtown.
On October 30 at approximately 12:20 p.m., three female suspects entered a retail flower store in the 700 block of S. San Pedro Street. Two of the suspects distracted an employee while the other reached behind a counter and stole a handbag. All suspects exited the store and fled in an early 2000s model silver or grey Nissan four-door sedan. Detectives believe the suspects may be responsible for several other commercial burglaries in the area.
The suspects are described as possibly being Hispanic, approximately 30 to 40 years old. They were all approximately five-feet-six-inches tall and approximately 180 to 220 pounds. One suspect was wearing a light colored shirt with black pants, while another was wearing a black, brown and white printed top with beige pants. The third suspect was wearing a black top with a pink jacket and pink pants.
