Melisse Thanksgiving

Chef Gordon Ramsey told the nation on his show “Hell’s Kitchen” that Melisse is one of his favorite restaurants. Thanksgiving at the Beach

There will be four different meals prepared for Thanksgiving at the Terranea Resort; family style, brunch buffet, fine dining and to-go. At the Catalina Kitchen, there will be tableside service from 1 to 9 p.m.  Nearby in the Catalina ballroom, families can chose from an assortment of favorite dishes at the brunch buffet from noon to 5 p.m. For fine dining, Mar’sel, the resort’s signature restaurant, will offer a four-course menu. Chef Brian Moyers will serve a four-course prix fixe dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. for $68 per person.  Start with celery root, chestnut and apple soup. Turkey Carving Classes
