Chef Gordon Ramsey told the nation on his show “Hell’s Kitchen” that Melisse is one of his favorite restaurants. Start with an amuse, then choose a first course of traditional pumpkin soup, Maine lobster ravioli or Maine Diver scallops. For an entrée, Josiah Citrin will prepare an herb roasted free-range turkey, whole roasted dry aged prime rib, crispy Eastern bass or a vegetarian torte. There will be four different meals prepared for Thanksgiving at the Terranea Resort; family style, brunch buffet, fine dining and to-go.
