Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Olympic Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who is responsible for a series of burglaries at businesses.
Detectives have released images of a suspect who was caught on surveillance video. The images show the suspect entering the business by smashing the glass front door. Once inside, he empties the cash register and leaves the location.
The suspect has been hitting locations in the early morning hours and is staying primarily on the main corridors around Wilshire Boulevard and 6th Street. The suspect is described as a 35 to 45-year-old African American man with black hair and brown eyes.
The burglar is approximately six-feet-two-inches tall and weighs between 180 to 210 pounds
