On March 21, a shooter walked into a Los Angeles barbershop and killed a man who was getting his haircut, and Los Angeles Police Department Rampart Division detectives are now searching for the gunman.
The incident occurred at 6:38pm, when a Latino man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt walked into the Alberto Barber Shop at 730 South Alvarado St, removed a handgun from his waistband and opened fire on 35-year-old Domingo Reyes.
Reyes was shot in the head and the chest. Paramedics rushed him to a local hospital where he died a short time later.
Investigators described the suspect only as a male Hispanic. The motive of the shooting appears to be gang-related.
