The Lifedriven Foundation, a local nonprofit, is hosting an event at Infiniti of Beverly Hills Showroom on April 28 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., with proceeds supporting children with cancer.
The organization was founded by Chris Angelo Word in 2006, following his own battle with colon cancer.
The Lifedriven Foundation’s Miracles Project has taken children with cancer on trips to Disneyland, shopping sprees at stores of their choice and sporting events where they get to meet their favorite athletes. The foundation also contributes to cancer research and the promotion of access to resources and information related to cancer prevention, awareness and screenings.
Ticket prices start at $25. Free street parking is available after 7 p.m.
The Lifedriven Foundation is located at 139 S. Beverly Drive, Suite 207, in Beverly Hills.
